“They have some interesting stuff as far as tactical gear and clothing. They're extremely overpriced on almost all items. Their pants especially are very expensive for the quality they actually are.”

My lady and I walked in looked around and decided to ask for help. There was Patrick and this man knows his bizz. He took one look at me and right away knew the size I needed, asked us to follow him and he pulled out a fabulous suit we both liked, PLUS it was a perfect fit. He was amazing because with my structure its difficut to get fitted clothes. We purchsed everthing, suit, shirt, tie and matching socks, just over $200!!

“I came in today to grab the new Halloween collection and have never had such an amazing experience in a VS before. I don’t consider myself a skinny typical VS shopper but one of the employees came up to me and asked which underwear I was picking out cause she hadn’t seen them before and was so kind to me when normally I’m just kind of overlooked when I shop in VS cause I’m a thicker Alt style type of girl (ik not your typical VS girl) and the cashier at the register was also super kind and making conversation with me told me all the items I picked were super cute and asked what my Halloween plans were. I have never felt more seen in comfortable in a VS ever. Definitely will be going back to shop more at this location when I usually only buy the Halloween collection. Loved this experience.”
“I visited Vans in search of shoes. Cale was a great help. He explained about the variety of shoes and helped me pick out a pair. There was a Buy One Get One half off sale, so he helped me pick out another pair. Customer service is rare these days. Cale is exceptional!”

“Looking for jeans!?! This is the place to be. I found EVERYTHING I wanted, and in my size. Finding your size is very important for your emotional health. I kid you not. When you go shopping and find exactly what you're looking for but none of the clothes are in your size is a terrible feeling. I have never experienced that let down at any Old Navy location. It's a great place to shop and I love the music. ?”

“Candace was great, polite and professional . However the 2nd attempt to move her to a different dept while assisting me was rude. I felt rushed. I didn’t get exactly what I needed. I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. I should’ve just asked Candace when she could do my makeup instead.”

I walked in stressed from the holidays and I was excited to see the sale going on in the store so of course I spoiled myself! Now the so called manager on duty, Kamore (sorry if spelling is incorrect) but she needs to relax a bit… she was a bit too much for my experience and on top of that not any type of kind to guest in the store in my experience. I got a lot of accessories and set them on the counter… and instead of setting them gently on the back counter or even asking if I could come get them, she just shoves them to the side after confirming they were the items I was getting. Then her face just screamed I have an attitude… smile a bit love. Thank you again to the two helpful and kind employees!!!”
“Hollister has some good feeling jeans, and even better, they fit well. I have had problems with some other clothing stores in the mall because their version of my size is totally wrong, but Hollister gets it right. Also right now, some jeans are $25 instead of the $50 price tag so hey that's awesome.”

She assisted my daughter with everything she needed and even made suggestions for her, She made her feel important and feel good about herself. “I always love the clothes here and the deals. But currently only 8 people are allowed in and the associate (possibly new girl) was so slow to check us out. It literally took 15 minutes to check us out and she still missed 3 security tags. Not fun, while a family waited outside to be let in for awhile.”
