“I almost quit the gym because I didn't know what I was going but then (shout out to the manager Anna for setting it up) I had two private training sessions with Deon and then joined his classes. Deon is the BEST!!!! he's everyone cheerleader and hype man no matter what your fitness level. He's so great! Super sweet and helps everyone reach their goals! Thanks, Deon, for making me not afraid of the gym!”
“Friendly staff, convenient location! They also have the spa with what I dubbed the ‘magical chairs’ and water lounges. The atmosphere is also good with a lot of smart and interesting individuals that frequent the location. I look forward to my gym events most days (except leg day).I don’t like working out but nothing is gained by not putting the work in and this is a great place to do it in my humble opinion.”
