“Update:I was contacted by a supervisor over my issue. They were able to fix my problem so that my bill was accurate. They were very understanding and very easy to speak to. I am truly amazed that someone contacted me that had the access to immediately fix the problem. I would say, if you are having issues and are as frustrated as I was, don't give up, even if you have to ask for their supervisor or theirs. I was treated very respectfully and really appreciated the outcome. I have changed my rating because I felt very valued as a customer and they corrected all the issues I had. Thank you TDS!Why... that is all I have to say is WHY is this company still in business?? this is a monopoly!!! there is no options in Kingsland ga except TDS?? HORRIBLE customer service with 2 and 3 hours hold times and still NO resolution!! They charged me for two different internet services and I only have one. No one will talk to you because they know they are double charging their customers. All I can say, if you have TDS, REVIEW that bill closely!! they are robbing you!!”
