My only complaint is the employee turnover. I go there the 1st of every month and there's always new people that are still training. It gets a little frustrating when they don't know how to do my transaction, but I'm always patience with them.

I’ve used the Kingsland UPS store several times .. have never had a problem .. my packages get to their destination quickly! The staff is always nice and efficient!
