“Definitely the cleanest most organized DG that I’ve found in the area. Aisles were clear and easy to navigate. Bays were organized and in order. Big shout out to the management and the staff for staying on top of keeping this location neat and orderly for a great shopping experience.”
“Good location and clean. Decent selection of items. The manager is nice. Noticed some new staff so I'm glad they are getting help. These places are pretty busy but the corporate office tries to run them with skeleton crews.”
“Cassville.......Very wide variety of people who visit this store. It's a stand alone store. But they didnt have much of what I was looking for. A lot of food and beauty items though. The cashier Patty was really friendly and helpful :)”
“The employees here are always friendly and sweet, but there is almost ALWAYS a line. They will not open their self-checkouts. Why have them if they are never open? I could check out myself in minutes, but I'm forced to stand in a long line because they won't open the registers. Annoying! Either hire another cashier or open the self-checkout and quit wasting customer's time.”
“This is my Dollar General i just live right down the road, its clean the Employees are very nice and offering to help u. They make u feel good, I shop there so much it's like home away from home.”

“Great customer service!!Friendly and funny cashier. Made me laugh while checking out. The store appearance on the other hand was typical for DG. Bays cluttered and in disarray. Products mixed in with one another. Freight not put away and cluttering the aisles. Carts of returns from days before still sitting waiting to be put away. Freight carts blocking aisles making it difficult to navigate. Seems to be the DG standard now days. Multiple out of stock items but still was able to find what I came in for.”
“This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. You don’t see that every day. Awesome job to all that work there. Thank you.”

“Love this store! The store manager, Christina is amazing. She speaks to you when you come in, you can tell she loves what she does and the store is always clean and organized. A great group of workers there that speak to you, helps you anytime you have a question and is always so friendly. What's not to love about that?!?!?”
“The employees are really nice there's great customer service but the store is unorganized and very messy compared to the other Dollar generals in my area. Especially in the aisle with the clothing. Other than that I'm usually satisfied with my visits.”

“I lost my engagement ring yesterday. Not sure if I lost it in the store, I called and spoke with Alyse Senecal. She looked for it while I was on the phone & was not able to locate it. I accepted the fact that I would not ever see my ring again, because I did not know where I lost it. But I woke up this morning to a text and picture of my ring. Alyse Senecal found my ring and was quick to let me know because she knew how upset I was about it. She sent the text last night late while I was crying myself to sleep. It was a blessed surprise to her text this morning. Alyse went above & beyond to find my ring and thank God she did. The crew at this store is a perfect example of how employees should be. But in this case, Alyse went above & beyond. Shout out to Jamie, the manager for having such an awesome crew. (Especially Alyse)”
