“I’ve been to this business 3x now: the first was to price some windows, the second time was to purchase and the third was to return one window and some accessories.
All three times I received the same level of service from Rick. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Made a few recommendations based on info I provided.
This is now my go to store for mobile home supplies.”
“Found the supplies we needed fairly quickly. Staff helpful to find where you need to go. Parking ok. Easy in and out for getting into and back out on the main road.”
“This store has such a great crew. Every time I go in to purchase something, I am always greeted with a personal smile and always welcome. I look forward to my next visit.”
“Outstanding experience at Ace Hardware on West Ave in Cartersville.
I’m not even from this town — I’m here for work, and I still had another hour drive ahead of me to get this piece where it needed to go. I came in looking for a pretty specific pipe length and couldn’t find exactly what I needed on the shelf.
An older gentleman took the time to walk me to the back and search through everything they had with me until we found what looked like the right piece. He also helped me get the other fittings I needed to finish the job.
That kind of customer service is rare these days. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me solve the problem.
I’m very thankful for the time and effort he gave me. Great people, great service, and exactly the kind of help that makes a place stand out.”

“Great experience! He installed 2 garage doors about 2 years ago. They have been wonderful - everything worked just as he said. Then, one of the doors was hit and had to be replaced. He was so helpful and had it ordered and replaced in 2 days. Highly recommend”
