I’m not even from this town — I’m here for work, and I still had another hour drive ahead of me to get this piece where it needed to go. I came in looking for a pretty specific pipe length and couldn’t find exactly what I needed on the shelf.
An older gentleman took the time to walk me to the back and search through everything they had with me until we found what looked like the right piece. He also helped me get the other fittings I needed to finish the job.
That kind of customer service is rare these days. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me solve the problem.
