“I’ve been to this business 3x now: the first was to price some windows, the second time was to purchase and the third was to return one window and some accessories.
All three times I received the same level of service from Rick. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Made a few recommendations based on info I provided.
This is now my go to store for mobile home supplies.”

“A very friendly and helpful place.
If they don’t have what you need they can get it quickly.
A very clean and organized warehouse”
“Outstanding experience at Ace Hardware on West Ave in Cartersville.
I’m not even from this town — I’m here for work, and I still had another hour drive ahead of me to get this piece where it needed to go. I came in looking for a pretty specific pipe length and couldn’t find exactly what I needed on the shelf.
An older gentleman took the time to walk me to the back and search through everything they had with me until we found what looked like the right piece. He also helped me get the other fittings I needed to finish the job.
That kind of customer service is rare these days. He didn’t rush me, didn’t brush me off, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me solve the problem.
I’m very thankful for the time and effort he gave me. Great people, great service, and exactly the kind of help that makes a place stand out.”
“Very clean, staff was very knowledgeable. There were some exciting mushroom grow kits. The plants all looks very healthy. I saw several variations of each plant.”
“Yesterday I was helped by a wonderful associate. NEWT is an amazing person. My son usually shops with me but he was busy. We needed a toilet snake and a chainsaw. NEWT took amazing care of me and answered my sons questions from ft. NEWT is definitely a reason I will return. I didnt question my purchase. He didnt make me feel like he was looking for a sale. Thank you again NEWT.”
“Staff is always so super and friendly and helpful and they always want to help you find things. They also got the cheapest prices on those 27 gallon storage bins just FYI. Cheaper than Staples and Lowe’s nearby.
Thad in the paint department is a champ and verbally advised me all the way through some sheetrock work I was doing when hanging TV's in a way to hide the cords. Love this Home Depot and will return again!”
