“I had some work done on my car at a Mechanic shop. I noticed that one of my speakers wasn’t working it had went out. I couldn’t take it back to the shop to fix it because they permanently closed shortly after working on my car. From the time I walked through the door to the time that I left, he was very professional and friendly. Mr. Keith told me what he could do after explaining my situation and gave me my options and how much everything was upfront which I appreciate and that’s exactly what I spent. I will be doing business with him regarding any craft that he does that I need in the future. I would recommend him if you want great customer service and the job done right the first time.”

“I recently visited the Verizon store at 1468 LaFayette Parkway in LaGrange, GA 30241 with my grandfather to help him get a new phone after someone compromised his Apple ID. The situation was complicated, and my grandfather was understandably confused and frustrated throughout the process.
Alphonso Dyser, the representative who assisted us, was incredibly patient, respectful, and professional the entire time. He clearly explained our options, helped us gather the necessary documentation for Apple, and never once showed frustration — even when he had to repeat himself multiple times. His calm demeanor and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
I truly appreciate the way Alphonso treated my grandfather with kindness and dignity. This level of service is rare and deserves to be recognized.
