“I want to post a review in response to the person who complained about wait times. With the exception of one year that I was with AT&T (and returned), I have been with Verizon since before Verizon was Verizon. I bought a Motorola bag phone from Cellular One in LaGrange, and I can't remember what year that was. (The only reason I switched to AT&T for a year was because I live over the line in Alabama, and their service was better. For only one year.) I have *never* had less than stellar service at this location, and at this location's former location. And yes, I have often had to wait. When you have walk-in customers, it's a fact of life. And when you see that your wait is because the customer is asking basic questions like "how do I use this thing?", sometimes you just have to suck it up, buttercup. They have always taken the time with me that they have taken with the people ahead of me. And yes, one of my questions was stupid. When my iPhone 6 Plus stopped charging, the CSR simply took out a little tool and cleaned the lint out of the input, and politely told me this was a common problem with the Lightning connectors.”
