“A few weeks ago I stopped in the Lagrange Spectrum store to try and switch out some equipment and adjust my services to try and find a middle ground. Have things we need and also have things to occupy the family. With the wallet getting tighter by the day we just wanted to see if we had options.
Originally I was helped by one store associate but I had forgotten something and I had to come back. This was by divine intervention because when I came back I was helped by Brandi at the store. Originally I was just going to downgrade the equipment but after conversation and a few click of the computer to see what I had active she was able to drastically change my services to have what I wanted and needed and also helping put money back in my pocket. She was able to find a way to win for everyone.
With so many companies losing the focus on customer satisfaction, Brandi went above and beyond in what she did that day and provided the premier customer service. I’ve enjoyed Spectrum for the past 5 years and I didn’t want to make a change to something else. Brandi did her due diligence and asked the right questions and helped me out.

“I recently visited the Verizon store at 1468 LaFayette Parkway in LaGrange, GA 30241 with my grandfather to help him get a new phone after someone compromised his Apple ID. The situation was complicated, and my grandfather was understandably confused and frustrated throughout the process.
Alphonso Dyser, the representative who assisted us, was incredibly patient, respectful, and professional the entire time. He clearly explained our options, helped us gather the necessary documentation for Apple, and never once showed frustration — even when he had to repeat himself multiple times. His calm demeanor and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
