“Update: Never using them again. I don’t know what happened, they are always out of everything now and they are SO rude about it. i called this morning to refill one of my prescriptions and they said okay we’ll work on and have it ready today. i said okay thank you. i go after work, 5pm, and they are telling me they needed to send it to my doctor and wait for them. why didn’t they tell me that this morning. i would have tried to get it figured out. now my doctors office is closed and i’m out of my medicine that is dangerous if i stop taking it. talked to them about it, lady was so freaking rude to me showed no empathy. never using them again.
holmes is always great. i moved here from hamilton, switched over to this location. they are definitely a lot busier here than lagrange so sometimes they don’t have what i need but they are so nice and make sure they can get you taken care of as soon as they can.”

“Medicine Cabinet is wonderful. I've been able to shift a prescription for a minor who moved into my home through a new doctor, insurance, guardianship, and name change over the past year with no issues. They've been able to work through whatever red tape showed up. The few times something wasn't available same day, they're able to tell me exactly when it will be cleared with insurance so I can come back.”
“My favorite part of this Kroger is the floral dept. I love the vast variety of flowers and greenery they have for us to choose among! Always seem to be in the self checkout, usually the young lady over is very attentive and polite. A couple of times I have run into another younger attendant that seems to have something more important going on than her customers. But mostly the other one is working and its very enjoyable.”
“Only bad thing about it is that the self check out lines are always so long they will be backed in the aisles and instead of opening actual registers you will see 2-3 people just standing at the front of self check out talking and cutting up.”

“The people at This Walgreens on Vernon Street in LaGrange Excel above and beyond in Customer Service #. Hands-down, I have never been to any other Walgreens anywhere else that has the customer service that these people provide consistently. I moved to Lagrange a few years ago And I have always used this store since I’ve been here. I’ve never had a bad experience with the people in this store. They could teach lessons to others and Customer Service. Most of all, you don’t feel like a burden. They really seem to care about you and have a personal edge to them. Cannot recommend them Highly enough they are that great.”
