“It's completely different from what I expected, yet the same. First-timers need to remember to bring a quarter to get a cart and bags for your purchases. They do have boxes in a cart at the back of the store. I was able to get both quick reheating meals as well as some to cook to match our schedules at a great price. Staff is busy but still friendly.”

“It's a new store on Roanoke Rd. Dollar General build several new stores around Lagrange lately.This is good for persons living in Troup County who need a short trip to a store to buy a few things rather than go to bigger stores in the city.You find pretty much everything you need at cheaper prices. These stores could be better organized and have more clerks available.”

“I'm so very Thankful That Food Depot is serving our community to have so many great prices and they've got some things that can accommodate large families with certain items with a Wonderful Price. I can't find some of the things elsewhere in other Grocery Stores and some stores just don't carry it anymore. So if you have a large family like I do, then jump in your vehicle and head on down to Food Depot before those things are sold out. They will have them restocked on Tuesday as I'm told by the grocery clerk. Also I'm told if there's something you need and they are out of it and you need it, just go to the customer service desk and however many you need they'll order it for you and have it on hold just for you. Now that's a Great way to treat your customers.Thank You Food Depot for servicing our Community with great prices. ??”

“Found this place by accident and I'm glad I did. Staff was extremely friendly and there is the restaurant and then there's the rest of the store that has a wide variety of food and drinks. My son insisted that I give them 5 stars since he had the two taco dinner and I concurred after eating the nachos followed with coke in a glass bottle. Perfect combo.”

“Most ppl will leave complaints as reviews. I always try to take time out to recognize great ppl or the good deeds they do. On the April 20th 2023, I came into this location. I couldn’t find what I came into the store for. When I had initially walked in to the store, I saw someone at the cash register., so I decided to go ask her if the store carried what I was looking for. She told me unfortunately they do not carry any currently. This super nice, caring, sweet, and lovely lady’s name is Takeisha. I was in a rush. Takeisha went ABOVE and BEYOND her job and personally had exactly what I was looking for and gave me her own personal item. It was such a kind gesture for a stranger and employee to do for me. Hell, most of the time I am at any store, I can never find, much less get an employee to help me. A lot of retail workers will not even acknowledge a customer, act like the customer is a hassle, or will go out of their way to dodge a customer. I know this bc ive been in retail mgmt most of my life. That is why I always try to make a point to acknowledge great customer service especially when the staff member goes out of their way for the customer. As long as you guys keep Takeisha in this location and only hire ppl like Takeisha, I will always be a customer at this location. If she is not a mgr at this location, she NEEDS to be. We did speak for a brief second and I found out that she graduated from Troy University with a Masters degree as well as another degree. She is extremely well qualified on the educational front and definitely well qualified on the customer service front.Takeisha,If you see this, thank you soooo much for your help again!!! You are too kind, a person who thinks about other people, and you have a huge heart!!!P.S.DG, I need her to get a raise and get the recognition she deserves for her kind selfless act. ❤️❤️❤️”
“This is a small town gas station. So don't expect anything like the circle k here. But what you do get is great customer service they remember your name they offer drinks chips. They have a little deli where they make biscuits they offer fried Chicken. You can get fishing supplies and bait and of course your gas. if you are repeat customer and there's a particular drink that you would like or a certain type of snack you can request it and they'll try to get it for you the next time you come in. At Christmas time I was looking for a cranberry flavored ginger ale. He ordered some from his soft drink vendor just so I could have it. Now that's customer service. I am a repeat customer.”

“This place seems to always have lower gas prices for their side of town. The staff is friendly, they seem to have a good selection of snacks, and a large selection of lottery tickets. I would recommend stopping here. Also, a plus is they have a nice gentleman that sells fresh pork skins in the parking lot. He has a large variety of flavors and plus it's always good to support local business owners.”

I used to go in and nobody is around to help, I walked in and was greeted Loud and welcoming by Kali the new assistant manager….. very helpful….
