The Lawrenceville Kohls has some rude people at Checkout/ Return counter. The female associate was impatient and snappish because I couldn’t bring up my digital receipt on my phone fast enough; practically snatched the phone from my hand. Please associates be courteous to seniors.

This Kohls has the sads... Needed to go to do Amazon return dropoff, and I wasn't sure if they were even open... Employees were helpful to point out location of dropoff (far back of store, unsurprisingly).
