“Well I went into the store kind of late, although I was being a late shopper….. I was still given great service by the new lady whom name I did not get (apologies) but she was great and she encouraged me to by diamonds. Then after the great service from her, Mariah sealed the deal by researching the product that I was interested in and got me just what I wanted… I’m sooo happy!!”

“I'm always scared to go in Ross because of the longgggg checkout line that goes all the way around the store. But, finally, they have self checkouts. Even if it is cards only. I love it!You'll have someone remove the alarm tag, and then you do your own transaction. And someone else will check your purchase and receipt.I understand the whole shenanigans of double checking with all the thefts that we have now a day. But, it might drive some customers crazy to be checked twice.I'm all for it if it gets me in and out without that awful long line. Now I can shop a Ross at any time of the day.”

She showed us personally where the item we were looking for was, and the personally checked us out. She made the experience wonderful. “This Walmart was recently updated, so it is clean & well-maintained. Staff is nice when I entered & one staff member had a full-blown conversation as zi waited for my pick up item. Parking lot is a HOT MESS! Please be careful!! This is a busy store (aren't the all)!!!! The lot is oddly shapped, so be careful of children, shoppers & other cars as you drive through!! Do not go back to the electronics counter for exchanges or returns. I should have known, but thought with an expensive item I should start there... they sent me to the main desk. LONG line- Christmas season! Expected!! Service desk staff were friendly & helpful!!!”
