Horrible customer service! They don't like yous showing up to the shop without appointment BUT won't answer your calls or emails trying to get an update. Took them almost a month to give me ONLY an estimate and returned the equipment unassembled and missing pieces!

Constant delay for 3 weeks, called STORE LINE for update on Thanksgiving, verbal abused me the following day in store, I had to call police to get my staff back. charged me 8 hrs labor for replacing a new part on a record turntable player. I will never go back there and considering lawsuit now.
