“I had an issue with my phone. I was locked out for two days. I went to Metro and the first thing I was told is "You'll have to get a new phone." I've only had it for two years. So I went to T mobile, they couldn't figure it out. Finally, I was given a card and tried Steve's Pro. He fixed it in a matter of minutes and he didn't even charge me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I will be going back to him any time I have a phone issue. He fixes iPhones, Androids, whatever. He also sells them. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Steve's Pro!”

I absolutely was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in an associate assisted me.
Now I may have been lucky to have Nevia wait on me but regardless the attention I received put me right at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns and let me know she could definitely help me. I had a phone bought on line with a trade in deal for a free phone. I needed to get my tradein evaluated and a receipt. I also was in need of an additional phone. She took me through process with ease and I never once felt pressured to buy into anything additionally.
She did have a couple of offers but with no pressure. I would give Nevia an A++. So glad she was my associate.”
