Some staff are friendly and provide immediate, great assistance, even close to closing time, with employees enthusiastically helping to research and find products. However, other customers report that no one asked if they needed help, with not one employee seeming to want to assist except in one instance. Cashiers are professional, though sometimes described as lacking personality.

This location was an older store, however it had a large variety of merchandise. The store manager and employees were very helpful. The manager went over and beyond to get a item that this store didn’t care. Just my luck that item had been returned to this location. Chaos!!
