“Super honest review time!This is my first time posting a review and it’s also my first time shipping items internationally. I was super nervous about it and I had done research prior but I was still unsure so instead of printing shipping labels online I decided to go to a store in person. I rushed here after work and pretty much made it there almost at closing time. Even still, the gentleman at the desk (forgot to get his name!) was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. He patiently explained the whole process to me, answered literally every question and concern I had, and even gave me extra information about customs and other things that would be out of his hands. He figuratively held my hand through the entire process and made sure I had all the info I needed. He even took the time to make sure with me that all the information I provided was correct and that there were no mistakes!I realize this was probably a minor event and probably an every day task for the store, but to me it was a big deal because I was sending an important birthday present and I wanted to make sure I did everything right. So the kindness and attentiveness was highly appreciatedSo anyway! If you want speedy but thorough service, I highly recommend this place!! It will probably be my go to place for all my shipping needs.Oh and last thing, the store is located in one of those little gas station buildings, but don’t let that scare you off like it almost did me. It’s a decent area and the store was perfectly clean and organized with clear signs.Happy shipping!!”
