“I made a mistake on how I packed something to be shipped out, but the man who helped me at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my mistake. Thank you so much for having the best people working at this location!! I’ll always come here from now on.”
“I dropped off my fedex package with a prepaid return label at this Fedex Dropoff location inside the Walgreens in the back area pass the front registers. It was a quick process and I was given a tracking number to monitor the return shipment. The employee who assisted me was friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. I'll definitely use this location again in the future for Fedex package dropoffs.”
“Very professional and responsive to all my needs. I will continue to call them for all my future projects needs. It's hard finding customer service on this level of professionalism but these guys have it.”
“Ethan assisted me in my package drop-off today. I had my package prepped for ease of handoff with shipping label attached, and had zero issues today.
Service line was short, and total time in store was under 7 minutes.
Ethan served a professional attitude, no complaints.
I will comment again once i have seen my package go through the full delivery process, and arrived at its destination.”
