They’ve been incredibly kind and understanding, and they’ve given me and my husband plenty of pointers as to how we can fix the issues. They even directed us to a mechanic next to Kroger, and he was also incredibly detailed and genuine- didn’t even charge us to do an engine inspection after learning that we came per the advice of the staff at Dolphin. We also have used Dolphin for oil changes for both of our cars now, and their prices are very reasonable. “Initial charge of $2.00 to get started with DIY wash. Never had an issue at this car wash. Well, I take that back. One time, the stall I used apparently had no soap in the high-pressure soap cycle. Other than that, it is usually pretty consistent.”
