“Visited 2/4/26
I loved this store! We stopped in while walking around the area and this place was so cute. The 2 men working there were very kind, and available for questions while sitting behind the counter. They gave off Older Married Couple vibes, but I won't say there were. The store goes back pretty far, like 2 or 3 rooms. Their Home section and Garden section were nicely separated. They have nice products that are made with goat cheese, as well as very cute magnetic Salt & Pepper shakers. We weren't spoken to when we left, but they were nice enough throughout our time in there, that that's okay.”
“I stopped in today to find a dress for a baby shower out of town. Tara was amazing.
She pulled a few dresses off the racks and a perfect wrap to try. She was the BEST person to help me find something!
She also showed me the cutest top/jacket to wear with jeans.
I was stressing over finding the baby shower outfit and now I have it. 🎉
Very cute store.
Thank you Tara!”
“Great quality furniture ? and the woman who helped me was very helpful and professional! Always love a place with great merchandise AND customer service! I believe her name was Kya . I’ll recommend!”
“If you're looking for unique pieces of solid wood furniture, then you really need to take a look at their inventory. We went in looking for an entryway bench, but couldn't find one that fit our space. However we *did* find the perfect little bench for the foot of our bed! The quality is great and the people are just lovely. Highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a discontinued Karastan rug and it appeared on the net that RugSmart had it in stock. I sent an email and Lou Rissone replied promptly. He told me that he did not have it and I was unlikely to find it since it had been discontinued 3 months earlier but he would check with Karastan when they opened. He then followed up as he said he would to tell me it would be available in 2 months, although no longer in the size I needed as they were reworking their manufacturing. He knew the size I needed so he knew this was potentially a dead-end but he followed up anyway. Wow! What amazing customer service!”
“I like this homegoods store off Indian Trail. It's very comforting knowing what they're gonna have, so you could go get exactly what you want. And it's fun seeing the new merchandise. I also love looking at the clearance items, and things for sale. Most people don't know this but they have rubber pot holders. Works great for opening bottletops, like Spaghetti sauce jars, pickels, any kind of bottle jar's.LOL!!! An FYI!”
“King was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured during the shopping process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. If you’re shopping at Rooms To Go, I highly recommend asking for King you’ll be in great hands!”
“I had a wonderful experience with Italia Furniture. Brady was my salesperson, and he worked with me every step of the process to help me find the perfect pieces for my home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs without ever making me feel pressured.
Thanks to his assistance, I purchased a beautifully designed sofa and coffee table that I absolutely love. The quality, style, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Italia Furniture, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Brady—he made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable.
Thank you, Brady, for your excellent customer service!”
