“Exceptional service and great help was provided by Khalid when we were waiting for our PCR test results. Initially, we did not pay the fees for the expedited services and were within the 48 hour timeframe of travel. Some unfortunate circumstance occurred and our test results were not received a few hours before our travel time. Luckily we got in touch with Khalid and after his multiple efforts of trying to assist he was able to assure us that HE would personally see to get this resolved. Very troubled and worried, we called him several times for an update from 7pm to midnight, he picked up each time informing us an giving us an update that he was trying everything possible on his end to make sure that we would get our results ASAP. Despite all the trouble, Khalid was determined to help us! We received our results in time and are able to travel as expected to visit a sick family member. “I was hesitant to come here due to -reviews but I’m glad I came. I needed a quick visit and next available appointments were too far from me so I did a walk in. Ordered my labs off DrSays. Checked in & only waited for 20min max. My phlebotomist was sweet and quick. I was out in 5min after that. Got my results the next day.”
“You need a photo id, even for a minor child, to have labs done here. After driving back home to get my kid's id, check in and drawing blood for labs took less than 15 mins. The lab techs were very friendly and professional. It would be nice if the check in system could give you an estimated wait time, but overall, this was about as positive an experience as one could have going in for labs.”

But this QD employee waited patiently and tested me afterwards, even though that put me well past appointment time.Thank you for doing this to help me figure out what's making me sick! “I was hesitant to use this location based on the reviews but am glad I did. I was able to check in (on my phone) 10 minutes before my appointment. At the time of my appointment, Ms. Aquasia (apologies for not asking how to spell your name) called me to the back. She was extremely pleasant and professional. The blood draw went fairly quickly and she informed me that my results would appear on my quest account within 3-5 days and will also be sent to my physician's office.I will definitely book this location in the future based on my experience today.”
