“Last night I went grocery shopping, I Cart filled with groceries and really needed a line open with a cashier. There was one open, I was afraid to get the line because I have experienced cashier having bad attitudes and rolling their eyes, but no this cashier. Her name is MY HAU, so was so polite and told me HEY! I was waiting on you! I smile and i felt so relieved, she got an extra cart to bag up my groceries and put it in the cart! I was so shocked and the customer service because I honestly going to walmart you have chase workers to help you and the act as though they dont want to help. MY HAU was AMAZING!! I asked for her manager just to tell him how awesome she was! She was genuinely happy to help me last night! I dont live in that area, but will travel there just to see her and be serviced by her!! She needs a raise, and she should be the face of the store, she actually loves her job!”

“I experienced great customer service back to back from two of their employees. The first was Mohogney who once she saw me she greeted me and asked if I needed help even though she was busy. I was even willing to wait as I walked up to the counter but she right away stopped what she was doing to assist me. Very friendly and very kind. Then there was Aakash who helped me with checking out. I had a lot going on and he was so kind and patient and went out of his way to help me. I have worked in customer service for many years so I know what is expected and these two are the Poster Children for Great Customer Service. Thank you both...”

“RE: Grab n Go Sub Sandwiches: Y'all definitely need to teach some of the other Publix how to pair deli cheeses and meats because when I've gone to the Publix in Conyers they try to mix roast beef with cheddar cheese (fyi: yuck) but you all over at Lilburn Corners had the good sense to pair roast beef with Swiss cheese. I congratulate you and you make me proud keep up the good work. Thank you.”
