Everybody experiences hardships and unforeseen circumstances. I recently went through a storm of having my rented property sold by the owner from under myself and children within a months notice, to losing my vehicle to transmission failure, to starting a new job, and maintaining my studies at GSU. The general manager, Derek, has been most professional. He is understanding, down to earth, patient, and a listening man. If I ever encountered a few bumps on the road, he is surely there to get you "squared away" and back on track. I have never experienced such attentiveness and compassion for customers needs. It is out of the world amazing.
