He answered all of my questions with patience and sincere concern for my circumstance. Shortly thereafter my father and I went down to the store where Darryl handled everything and made purchasing a new phone and accessories a breeze. I cannot express my gratitude enough as I was truly dreading having to walk through this process. Darryl is truly a specialist in customer service. He knows how people should be treated and his actions made mine and my father’s day. After traveling across country I have seen what good customer service can mean for a company. It can make or break you. I hope Cricket realizes what they have in Darryl and compensates him accordingly. I in no way knew him prior to this transaction but I left feeling like a friend. So I went to veterans memorial store and some new guy was able to get my service switched no problem. He didn’t give up like the other store did he called someone who could help and got my account set up.”

He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”
