A few weeks later the car was running rich and having engine issues. Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair the problem, but they went above and beyond in ways that are rare these days.
Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain everything clearly. They discovered that the vehicle's computer system needed to be reset and completed that service at no additional charge because it hadn't been discussed initially. They also found that fuel had leaked into the oil and generously performed an oil change for me free of charge.
What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or inflate the bill. Instead, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Good, honest businesses like this are hard to find, and when you find one, you stay loyal.

After pulling into the bay, I witnessed them checking the fluids, changing the oil and checking and adjusting air pressure in my tires. The District Manager (I think his name is Romeo) was very knowledgeable. He had to reset my service notification because no one else could figure it out. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
