“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Lithia Springs Pharmacy. Their customer service is something I’ve truly never experienced before, top tier across the board. The speed, efficiency, and professionalism are unmatched.
My doctor can send over a prescription and it’s ready in less than an hour… sometimes almost immediately. That’s unheard of compared to other retail pharmacies we all know. I’ve was a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy, and it doesn’t compare at all.
Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They also make everything super convenient with an app where you can pay seamlessly, plus they have a drive-thru which makes pickup easy.
What really impressed me was when they delivered my prescription to my house, free of charge! I don’t even live far, but still… it was either a pharmacy tech or manager who personally brought it. That level of care is rare these days.
I used to get my prescriptions filled at Walmart Pharmacy, and it was a hassle every single time. Switching to Lithia Springs Pharmacy was the best decision. From day one, my prescriptions were ready almost immediately.
They are truly top tier. Even if you don’t live nearby, the drive is absolutely worth it. You will not be disappointed!

“Honesty i am shocked to read the negative reviews about this pharmacy. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for over 17yrs. I have never once had a problem with any staff that ever worked there. One time in 17yrs wife had to wait a few days for a prescription due to a back order..I have always been treated attentively, friendly, and professionally!”
