“If your looking for good & fast service you should definitely go to this Kroger! I've been to multiple Kroger's and I have to say this is by far my favorite! My daughters prescription is always on time and they always have the medicine in stock, which is a blessing. As for produce, my children loves the fresh fruits in vegetables! Plus this year Easter I was every where looking for eggs and everyone was sold out... of course because the Cov19 I'm sure but Kroger's Powder Springs was fully stocked! This made my day to give my little ones Easter eggs after being sold out on the entire planet! I love good customer service that's all I get coming to this grocery store.”

“I recently went upon opening and was delighted to see Ms. Natinalie whom I hadn't seen in years due to shift changes. OMG! I was minding my business when Mr. Scott asked if I needed help....it was if a angel had fallen from the sky with his beautiful soul. He helped me on the international isle that I had no knowledge of what I was sent there to purchase at 6am. The both of them made my entire week thoughtful of kindness. Please give them a raise with a added bonus. Lol”

“Jeffrey is the absolute best in the pharmacy at the Powder Springs location. He pays attention to detail, and always shows geniune concern for his customers. He needs to be promoted to area manager so he can train all pharmacy personnel in Powder Springs, Austell and Marietta how too treat their patrons. I'm rrecebtly retired as a general manager that managed over three million square feet of office space in Atlanta for 20 years, therefore I can spot true talent and an amazing employee. Walgreen should be proud and also show that you appreciate him by promoting him to area manager.”

“I primarily shopped this location from 2014 until 2023. Only reason I won't be back is that I recently moved out of state. They always had what I needed/wanted. Even found a few items of interest I hadn't seen at other locations that became regular items for me. The staff are not always friendly. It's very hit or miss. Customer service is not always friendly. The worst was the lady that frequently works in the self checkout area. Just attitude for no visible reason, perhaps troublesome customers before my arrival?! Only reason I docked one star is her.”

“Did Yelp delete my review because I would have bet money I wrote a review about this place before. Oh well. So I really went back and forth deciding whether I wanted to give this place 5 or 4 stars, and I just couldn't do the 5 even though I have been here a million times, and even though the pharmacy has always been friendly and worked to resolve any issues with my medication and that of my families, and even when the guy who is the reason I am giving this place a 4 helped me on my quest to find a product and even told me about another pharmacy place down the road that would more than likely have it they were out I just could not do it, because this guy really upset me one day when I needed some quarters and he not only told me no, but when I pressed him for them explaining that I needed quarters, he had the nerve to tell me he was limiting how many he was giving me. It was just rude, and I truly did not appreciate it. I know no place is perfect, and I know that this is just one guy, and one instance, but for it to have happened over a year and a half ago it still gets under my skin. For some people it is the larger things that bother them, but for me it is the small, and something as simple as a customer asking for some quarters to me is small.”

I've seen a lot of negative reviews about the pharmacy staff, and frankly, I'm a bit puzzled. In all my interactions, I've found them to be consistently professional, polite, and incredibly informative.
It makes me wonder if perhaps the issue isn't with the staff themselves. Given that pharmacies are often short-staffed and we, as customers, are often feeling unwell or caring for sick loved ones, it's natural to want quick service. However, the Publix Pharmacy team handles these pressures with remarkable grace.
I truly applaud their dedication and hard work. To the entire Publix Pharmacy staff, keep up the excellent work! ?”

“I don't see why so many negative reviews! I am so pleased with Sarah! What a great pharmacist! I care for my disabled roommate, and she goes above and beyond to help me with any Insurance issues. As busy as they are, they always take the time to make sure everything is taken care of! Justin is a great tech- always knows what I am going to ask, before I get a chance to. I thought that after the pharmacist transfered to a new location, there may be an adjustment period. Not the case. Thank you Justin, Asia, Atem!”
