“We purchased a transmission from them through our mechanic for our son's Mazda. Just before six months was up the trans took a tank. Called S&W and was told we only had a thirty day warranty. Spoke with the owner Dustin and explained that we were told for the price that we were quoted that it had a six month warranty. Obviously someone messed up the paper work. After speaking with Dustin he agreed with us and went out of his way to make it right for us. Just got the car back with the replacement and everything is working fine. In a world driven by pure profit, it's sure nice to still see a business that believes in taking care of their customers. Would definitely do business with them again.”

“I went to Auto Zone and within 30 minutes an issue that I was having for over a MONTH was fixed. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they told me it was one problem, didn’t take much time with me and then sent me on about my way. However, when I took it to Auto Zone, everyone was so nice and attentive to me! My engine light and battery light went off as soon as they finished taking care of me. Mind you this issue was going on for over a month!! As a woman, it’s hard to come across men who won’t try to pull your arm. I’m so appreciative! Thank you guys so much! They looked out! I did not figure this out until I was in the middle of an oil change 2 months later (procrastinator). The store was very busy, but Ms. Shamekia was professional and understanding. She put me on hold to help other customers, got back to me in a timely manner, did the research and ultimately brought me the correct part directly to my driveway. “Bought my Camry at Nalley Stonecrest in 2019 smoothest process ever when it's time for your vehicle to be serviced it's best that you schedule an appointment if you got up on the wrong side of the bed stay at home others should not have to deal with your being mad at the world attitude, if you're in a rush skip it plan ahead especially if you have children to pick up or drop off etc. Stress will age you quickly don't let it life is to short ?”

“During yesterday’s storm one of my windshield wiper blades broke. I pulled into a Napa auto parts (7227 Covington Hwy) to buy new ones. The parts lady (Ceci) asked how was I going to fix the wipers in the downpour. She volunteered to hold an umbrella, but couldn’t find one so she made me a poncho from garbage bag and gave me a Napa hat. Also the computers were down due to the storm but the counter team was still working not making excuses”

I was missing 2 photos so they allowed me time to get them... she inspected my car for about 15-25 mins and I passed.. I came with way more information than needed but the male was very helpful.. thank you... tips: no cracked windshield, get an alignment, make sure your lights, and horn works.. good tires, no exhaust leaks, a a1 body and you should be fine! “[Update] we did eventually get our film installed, and it was done well - it just took a while. I recently decided to re-paint two cars, and I brought both cars here. They did a fantastic job with the paint, far better than the national chain paint shops (and a little more expensive too - but well worth it). I'm upgrading my review from three to five stars.[Original Review] I took my car here because of a personal recommendation from a coworker. I will give Corzav's some credit for a decent job repairing and repainting after an accident. However, they seem unable to complete the repair. My car had a protective film on it before the accident, and they told us the replacement film could not be applied for 30 days. They asked us to schedule an appointment in 30 days, and that is when the hand-wringing and excuse-making began. To date, we've made four attempts and each time heard 1) an excuse and 2) a promise of a call-back from Phillip - but we never received any call back and certainly saw no action.
