Shan was delightful and helped me with nothing but a smile and positive energy she grabbed what I needed and she dispatched her colleague Deshun to install the parts for me… and he did this not begrudgingly but with the nicest most pleasant attitude. These young people were fantastic! I will drive across town JUST to get this specific customer service. Thank you again guys you removed my anxiety of going into a car parts shop!”

“Great place to find affordable parts... They do everything here as far as cars are concerned... Awesome deatailing job. They took the seats out of my car and shampooed the carpet, made it look brand new. They also have a lot of high end vehicles for cheap... And ive seen some of the body work they do there... They can make a flipped over car look fresh off the assembly line!!! The service here is GREAT! They made me feel right at home!”

“I can't Thank the staff enough! They were so kind and helpful. I went in Napa for a power window switch and coolant container after almost getting shafted by another parts store in the area. I left the other parts store and took my business to NAPA and I saved nearly a hundred dollars on the power window switch and got a good discount on my coolant container with next day delivery! The other parts store said i would have to wait at least a week and if I wanted it expedited for 3 to 4 days I would have to pay a $15 fee! Needless to say I walked right out of that place and thankfully ended up at a nearby NAPA. I walked in and asked for what I needed and was pleased with the way they took care of me quickly and professionally. Long story short NAPA knows how to treat a lady. Thank you NAPA! you have a customer for life”

“I went to this place today with a one o clock appointment, before I arrived I was already told what to bring... I was missing 2 photos so they allowed me time to get them... she inspected my car for about 15-25 mins and I passed.. I came with way more information than needed but the male was very helpful.. thank you... tips: no cracked windshield, get an alignment, make sure your lights, and horn works.. good tires, no exhaust leaks, a a1 body and you should be fine! Good luck and thanks again for passing my Dodge Charger...”

The most awesome thing was the staff noticed that today was a very hot day and gave us a bottle of ice cold water at check out and that is what you can call customer service 100%.
