“Here is picture of my 2011 Infiniti G37 with 200k miles. The outside was riddled with rock chips , door dings and dull head lights.
This car looks brand new again! I have another 2010 Infiniti FX35 that has hit on the side door. They carefully replaced the whole left side and they carefully matched the paint perfectly . “Went to courtesy Ford to have my 2018 Ford Fusion worked on. It was a small leak of water getting into the truck every time it rain and they fixed it immediately. If you have the place I took it to had a hard time diagnosing the problem.
So, next time I have any mechanical/service needs for that vehicle it will be going to courtesy.”

“Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend Melvin’s to anyone looking for classic Ford parts. I ordered and received a new rear seat cover for my ‘66 Fairlane GT from Melvin’s two years ago. It was manufactured by Distinctive Industries and looked and fit great. After two years the rosette grain pattern in one of the seat panels started vanishing. I called and discussed this with Randy and he immediately called his distinctive rep and went to bat for me to get a replacement cover under warranty. Just received the replacement at no cost to me. “Anthony Small is extremely professional and really good person to work with. My rating is SOLELY based on my interactions with him. As for the technicians that have worked on my Altima I would give them 3 stars at most. I've spent money on "Fixing" things like my touchscreen and my volume controls and they still don't properly work. Working with a Dealer is definitely more expensive, but you would think the Quality of work would be better. The folks at the checkout counter are very nice people also”
