Sheila got it for me in just a few minutes, said they could have the glass overnight and could I be there by 8:15 or 8:30? A young man met me in the parking lot and 3 hours later I drove out with a new windshield.

“Here is picture of my 2011 Infiniti G37 with 200k miles. The outside was riddled with rock chips , door dings and dull head lights.
This car looks brand new again! I have another 2010 Infiniti FX35 that has hit on the side door. They carefully replaced the whole left side and they carefully matched the paint perfectly . “I got into a car accident and basically had to fight the insurance to keep my car because they tried to total it out. My brother in law referred me to these guys because they’ve done worked on his infinity and spoke very highly of them. My mother in law is also a dealer and approved as well. They worked with the insurance company to make sure I got all the parts I needed and even though I bought them most of my parts they still went ahead and got me new parts. When I picked up my car the first time I noticed it was missing a piece and they contacted my insurance company again to get the claim approved and fixed it in less than 24 hours. My car was basically brand new ! They did such a good job on me and my brother in law car and I would use them again. Very efficient, communicate well, great pricing and fast. I initially called the store with a question about my battery, and Jennifer was kind, patient, and helpful over the phone. When I arrived at the store, I was initially assisted by a younger employee who seemed fairly new and didn’t quite understand that I wanted to have the battery replaced at that moment. She went to get Jennifer for assistance, and Jennifer stepped in and immediately took care of everything.
Jennifer changed my battery efficiently and confidently, and it was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. While she worked, she also kept up a great conversation, which I understand is certainly not required, but made the experience even more pleasant.
What made this especially meaningful to me is that a few years ago, I purchased this same battery from AutoZone and was told that it could not be replaced by the store. After today’s experience, I now realize that simply wasn’t true and that I may have been given that answer because someone didn’t want to do the work. Jennifer completely changed my perspective.

“Anthony Small is extremely professional and really good person to work with. My rating is SOLELY based on my interactions with him. As for the technicians that have worked on my Altima I would give them 3 stars at most. I've spent money on "Fixing" things like my touchscreen and my volume controls and they still don't properly work. Working with a Dealer is definitely more expensive, but you would think the Quality of work would be better. The folks at the checkout counter are very nice people also”
