“I went to this location get a passport. I had an appointment and arrived early. I was informed that their camera is down and I was referred to the CVS down the street to get the photo taken. Afterwards, I returned to the post office and got the passport application take care of. There was only one person up front and she was very efficient for working by herself. 1 star was deducted for the inconvenience of the camera not working.”

“Received excellent customer service here! The location is small and it might have one or two clerks at that desk to assist you. My experience was great, the clerk was very helpful and accommodating, she even verified a zip code to ensure my package made it to its destination. Thank you Pine Lake branch!”

“Don't pay attention to the negative reviews here. Because I entered my address incorrectly.
I'm really sad because my package was lost, but the staff here, especially the manager, really helped me. They calmed me down and found my package. I love this place, and I love the people here. Once you explain your problem in a humane way, there's no reason they won't help you”

“Big thanks to Kevin Alison at USPS! My wife and I had been missing all of our mail for over two weeks after moving, and despite trying multiple USPS locations and checking everything ourselves, we couldn’t figure it out.

Kevin was incredibly kind and helpful — he took the time to look into our case, made several calls, and double-checked the system for errors. Thanks to his effort, we were finally able to track down our missing mail.

Really appreciate his patience and professionalism. He made a frustrating situation so much better. Thank you!”

“Giving a 5 star merely based on this particular experience. Mrs. Valerie was extremely helpful in helping me find a shipping solution that was hindering my business.
She took her time and explained thoroughly options I've never been told. Very pleased, hoping to continue getting good service.”

“I want to sincerely thank Diane at Stone Mountain Post Office for going above and beyond during our passport appointment. She personally called me early that morning to let me know their money order machine was down and gave me all the info I needed to prepare ahead of time—saving us time and avoiding a huge inconvenience. Diane was so patient, organized, and attentive, even catching important details that could have delayed my sister’s passport renewal. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. USPS is lucky to have her. Thank you, Diane! Also, Thank you to Diya the other amazing postal employee who assisted my sister. You ate both phenomenal!”

“Just renewed our passport today. Valerie assisted us. When we arrived I didnt have my child's birth certificate, totally my fault. Valerie permitted us to complete the process and then go home to get my child's birth certificate and return for my receipt. I know this put her out so I'm extremely grateful that she let us do it that way. I've been to this location for other things and I've received helpful friendly service. I recall once trying to send a large framed bit of art and the worker who assisted me went and found a box to use that was just about big enough and helped me alter the box to fit. It ended up taking a while but she was sweet and patient with me the whole time while also assisting others. This was a while back so I dont recall her name but wanted to share.”

“I Do believe they do their best for the most part. The usps being underfunded and understaffed puts such a strain on those that are working. So if they’re not as kind as you’d like, think of all of the crap they have to deal with on behalf of the usps- things they have no control over.
I personally use this post office about 4-5x a week and have never had any issues. That said, I’m able to go at “off” times when there aren’t long lines.
A few times it’s been closed without any notice which sucked but again- I’m sure that was an issue of understaffing which falls on the USPS and not those that it employs.”
