After telling her, she led us to the location in the showroom and gave us plenty of time to look around. No high-pressure sales. “Samir from the Snellville location helped to resolved an issue that I had after I went to the LazBoy store to discuss my situation. Samir called me the next day to inform me that he called the appropriate dept and someone will either call him or me with an update. I went back to the store several days later to let Samir know that i did not get feedback. He called his contact while I was at the store and helped to get the issue resolved.
Samir is very professional and really cares about customers issues. He follows through on what he states he will do.
