I jumpstarted my car and immediately made an appointment to get a new battery installed. This location quickly accommodated me even as I showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment I made last minute. “I needed a new battery for my key fob. Told a young man working what I needed he took my key replace the battery within a 5 minute period. I have went to advance Auto on Windy Hill and Austell road had a completely different experience. The guy was like you got to open your key fob to see what type of battery is. Then I'm trying to open and I'm like I don't know how to open it then he was trying to tell me you stick the key in but it felt like it was going to break. He was no help at all so I told him forget it I'm going to go to battery Plus like my mom told me to. Had a very good experience at battery Plus.”
“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”

Honestly, at first I was skeptical because I had already spent months going through several different repairmen to fix my laptop, and spent a few hundred dollars just to be told they don't know what is wrong and I need to pay more for further diagnostics. I called CompuCareATL one time and explained what was happening. They immediately knew, ordered the part, and fit me in as soon as it arrived. I have a pretty busy life and my computer is vital. “Got there for an Amazon pickup as we were staying here from out of town. No one was there but I called the business and it redirected to someone’s phone number who didn’t answer but shot me a prompt text setting up a new time to pickup my items. Very friendly interaction and when I did pick up he was engaged with a customer but addressed me quickly and got me on my way. Seems like a well run place.”
“I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
