Attached the ribbon cable connector back to my iPod. In the beginning there was an error and I assumed he broke it, he didn’t. He reattached the hard drive cable and everything was working properly. He showed grace and was super nice. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! After he replaced my cracked screen (hp-360), I expressed concerns about the battery (just because), he insisted on an examination. My battery was about to explode! He replaced it with a better battery at a crazy discount on the spot. Luv them!
