“Our garage was in need of a little organization and the floor was looking a little tired. Checked out some DYI videos and my back and knees started hurting! Gave Garaginization a call for some comparison pricing and glad I did. Phil came out and helped design our cabinet and shelves locations and provided a quote for an epoxy floor and cabinet installation. Much better price than I expected. Bradley and Felix efficiently prepped and epoxied the floor in a day and a half. Two days later Jason and Carlos had the custom cabinets and shelves installed in under two hours. It’s a brand new garage! Highly recommend! ??”

“I do love going into a local Ace Hardware store. They've always got some of the coolest items that you just can't find at a big box store like home Depot and Lowe's. Certain types of screws and fasteners. This one I took one star off because of it being a smaller location that gives it a cramped inside. But otherwise the employees are all nice as can be and ready to help you whenever needed and never rush you out.”

“I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”
“I waited for 45 minutes at their main competitor for paint, rang the bell for assistance countless times, and no one ever came. My family and I were there for so long that a line started forming behind us, and then dissipated as people got fed up with waiting. We walked the store to try to find someone to help and was finally informed by a cashier that no one in the store was trained in paint and to come back later. Infuriating.
So we drove over to Home Depot which was about 4 minutes away, was promptly helped by 2 wonderful women stationed in the paint area, and happily walked out with our 3 gallons. They even paint matched one of the Sherwin Williams swatches I brought over from the competitor store! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect.”
