“Not the biggest liquidation place but the staff is wonderful and helpful. Ms. Sharon is the best with getting you the best deal and knowledgeable. Ms. Veronica is AWESOME, great personality and great sales woman.
They have a good 75% off the store towards the end of the month and you can grab a good deal on any item. If you're looking for ceiling fans, blinds, electrical wiring and tool accessories. This a good place to check first.
They now have a lower level where they moved majority of their cabinets and tubs”
“There was a manager helping a trainee when I was there, she helped me open an account with home Depot and was super helpful, this was 2-3 weeks ago.

“What an amazing experience buying an iron door at the Marietta home center store. We first visited their Roswell location as well to see a specific style but they weren’t as helpful or polite. Went to Marietta and boy was Anthony very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He showed us the multiple options and helped us decide. Then cerieilo helped us complete the purchase. I came back three months later and they still remembered me. Amazing customer service. Those two gentlemen deserve a raise or bonus for going above and beyond.”

“I waited for 45 minutes at their main competitor for paint, rang the bell for assistance countless times, and no one ever came. My family and I were there for so long that a line started forming behind us, and then dissipated as people got fed up with waiting. We walked the store to try to find someone to help and was finally informed by a cashier that no one in the store was trained in paint and to come back later. Infuriating.
So we drove over to Home Depot which was about 4 minutes away, was promptly helped by 2 wonderful women stationed in the paint area, and happily walked out with our 3 gallons. They even paint matched one of the Sherwin Williams swatches I brought over from the competitor store! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect.”

“I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”
“I was so lucky to have Ellen @ Customer service who helped me this evening. I am a SERIOUS Clearance shopper, buying regardless of need & sometimes fit & I am ABSOLUTELY horrible at organizing my receipts, I always have them, too many from months past, normally the CS reps can't be bothered to help, they just tell me,find the receipt & come back when you have it. Ellen took it as a challenge, she ROCKS & FOUND RECEIPTS FOR EVERY SINGLE RETURN. SHE was patient
, kind & even entertaining. I can Not thank management enough for hiring her, they should have her train the other reps. Then as I was at checkout, I lucked out AGAIN, JENNIFER, THE CASHIER, Also so kind, patient, high 5 me on my great deal finds. Even the manager was Cutie feom now on I will ONLY BE SHOPPING EVENING time when I have to go to Home Depot, they are Smart, kind, fun, entertaining, professional & they Go the extra Mile!!interior design, I Do Much much shopping there, I HAVE NEVER HAD an experience therw that stands above in a Positive way, I have definitely had negative, the older thin,blonde/grey haired cashier, UGGG, she let's ypu know that she doesn't want to be bothered, but tonight, these 2 ladies & manager, they put a smile on my heart & made a trip to the Home Depot ENJOYABLE!!!!!
