From checking us in, to helping us extend our stay, to basically just making sure we were enjoying our stay - she was nothing short of amazing! Lots of Hampton Inns can be the same but usually what separates them is when you find someone who goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. “Pleasantly surprised! We visited for a game at Truist. Location was very walkable, convenient, and included plenty of parking. Rooms were quite nice - newly updated, clean, and comfortable. Full bar open in the evenings and sundries available for purchase. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was okay. We did appreciate hot coffee and OJ. In room streaming services are in need of updating. We were unable to stream our event due to limitations of aPps and lack of accessibility. Overall, a very nice visit! Thank you!”

“The Hotel was nice overall. When we arrived, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was a fairly basic room, but it had some wear and tear, probably due to the hotel being pet friendly. The lobby and all hallways had a strong odor of bug spray - possibly due to recent fumigation? The room itself had an overall musty smell to it as well. We bought air freshener to make things better, but each time we returned, the smell had taken over the room again. The bathroom was extremely small! The toilet area was about the size of a telephone booth. You had to walk completely inside, straddling the toilet to close the door. The shower had the run of the mill showerhead like you find in most home showers that haven't been updated to a rain shower style. Another thing I found odd was that the towels were stored in the shower. In the bedroom area, all the traditional outlets were blocked by the bed frames and other wall coverings. They had blocks with recepticals on one nightstand and a other out in the living room area but nothing in between the two beds. My electrictronics had to be charged on the other side of the room. There is a small bar/restaurant in premises with a limited menu; however there are restaurants within walking distance such as Carrabba's, Applebee's, Panda Express, and I believe a McDonald's. Doordash and Instacart deliver directly to the room. Overall, the stay was fine and our brief weekend completed without incident. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.”

She was so attentive from the start—she followed up on my early check-in request, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and even remembered my name at checkout. “Great location and clean and quiet rooms! The AC is amazing as well!! I do think it only runs when you’re actually inside the rooms though so don’t expect to come back to an icebox. Mini mart is definitely overpriced. They do have alcohol and wine. But a snickers being $5 is crazy lol. I will say this, not sure of her name, but the one lady at the front desk SHOULD NOT BE IN SERVICE. She’s so uncaring and nonchalant. The permanent “don’t talk to me, I hate it here” look on her face is insane. Our entire stay she was like this. You could say thank you for something and she wouldn’t respond, you could ask for an extra pillow and she’d walk off, go get it, hand it to you and not say a word. She’s get reason for my 4/5 rating.”
“Stay here through the Holidays Christmas and New Year. Very clean. Rooms smell good, building smells good. Nice interior design. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Quiet. Publix across the street, McDonald's, Starbucks, and 2 gas stations. Nice gym for light work. Pool is amazing, half of it is outside, the other half indoors. Nice patio area. Breakfast was good. Potatoes, grits, French toast, variety of juice, (vegan) didn't see the meat. Smoking area out back. Easy check in and out. I loved it.”

“Hotel is convenient to both I-75 and I-285. 30 mins from Atlanta airport. Hotel property is clean. Lobby is modern and nice. Plenty of places to sit and relax or eat. Hotel yes is older but rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Beds were comfy. Employees are very friendly, and go out of their way to assist. We have stayed twice at this location to catch early morning flights and we will be staying again.”

“Very clean! The lobby was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The coffee was hot and fresh. Our room amd the bathroom was very clean. Plenty of towels. The bathtub and shower had a new liner. The TV was nice and haf lots of channels including local channels. The beds wete super comfy and we got 3 pillows each! We all slept like a rock because the beds were so comfortable and the hotel is extremely quiet! We saw the cleaning carts as we were checking out and they are serious and use lots of cleaning methods. We loved having the QT across the street for gas and snacks! Very convenient to Braves stadium. Yes our room needed a paint job, but no worries for us. Absolutely no bugs! My friend was across the hall a had the same experience we did.”

“Decent, i suppose. Stayed three nights in an emergency. Front desk receptionist was very nice and greeted me as i came in, service was swift. TV Was broken when i got into the room, appearing to have numerous lines across the screen making it nigh-impossible to see anything. Wifi is about 82mb/sec, which is great. Neighbor was playing music loudly with door open but at least he had good taste. Woke up the next morning for the breakfast and someone had trashed the elevator completely (See attached). It was cleaned within about 2 hours or so. Vending machine had sodas from the beetlejuice promotion in halloween 2024, but they're basically nonperishable so they were fine. Door flap in the machine got stuck though, so i had to cover my hands in unknown blackish-brown grease to get my soda. Room had a fridge and microwave, didn't have any issues with either. Both worked fine and were clean. lights in the room all functioned and shower had hot water to spare. Shower and bathroom were clean and stocked, though the shower was a tad small in terms of width. The bed was extremely soft, which isn't some people's favorite, but i was a fan. Chair was comfortable and had wheels, and the pillows were clean and soft. Air conditioner functioned with both cool and heat options, though i think its thermometer was slightly off by 2-3 degrees. The tiny coffee/tea machine functioned fine, though i'd have liked more than 2 cups and 1 creamer packet in the room. Curtains close all the way and are completely opaque. sink was clean, as were all the mirrors. Security was good, doors have 2 locks on top of the electronic one, and keycards stay magnetized well. all in all, decent place, but appears to, as of recently, attract some trashy individuals, though that's hardly the fault of the hotel itself.”

“I wasn’t sure about this property but we gave it a try and within a week I love it here.. the staff is very friendly and they keep the property clean and safe. My room was equipped with all my needs. The prices is great and affordable Great location and also walking distance to some good restaurants. Haven’t had any issues and don’t expect I will …again they really do take care of the property and its residents and that’s a major plus for me … I will be staying for a while I feel comfortable and safe here and again the front office is wonderful. Thank you for letting me enjoy your home away from home”
