“The Hotel was nice overall. When we arrived, the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was a fairly basic room, but it had some wear and tear, probably due to the hotel being pet friendly. The lobby and all hallways had a strong odor of bug spray - possibly due to recent fumigation? The room itself had an overall musty smell to it as well. We bought air freshener to make things better, but each time we returned, the smell had taken over the room again. The bathroom was extremely small! The toilet area was about the size of a telephone booth. You had to walk completely inside, straddling the toilet to close the door. The shower had the run of the mill showerhead like you find in most home showers that haven't been updated to a rain shower style. Another thing I found odd was that the towels were stored in the shower. In the bedroom area, all the traditional outlets were blocked by the bed frames and other wall coverings. They had blocks with recepticals on one nightstand and a other out in the living room area but nothing in between the two beds. My electrictronics had to be charged on the other side of the room. There is a small bar/restaurant in premises with a limited menu; however there are restaurants within walking distance such as Carrabba's, Applebee's, Panda Express, and I believe a McDonald's. Doordash and Instacart deliver directly to the room. Overall, the stay was fine and our brief weekend completed without incident. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.”
