“Been coming to Faith’s store for a long time for many services, and just came to have notary services and I must say awesome experience and appreciate the price of their notary services. We went to another store in Hiram and they wanted to charge us 4 to 5 dollars per page per signature of a witness where Faith’s store charges a flat rate. I will be coming here going forward and will be recommending the store for notary services as well.”

“I've used this UPS store for all of my package deliveries and I've used their notary service. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, respectful and efficient. It's always a pleasant experience when I use this store. I'm very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. You would think that the nature of the work would lend itself to some aloofness but that has never been my experience.”

“I’ve reviewed them in the past, and they still get 5 stars today. I’ve lived all over Georgia and Florida, this is the best UPS Store out of all I have used. They are always fast, polite, and knowledgable. Even during the Christmas rush, they keep the lines moving. I’m in there at least 2-3 times a month, and get the same great service every visit. Skip USPS and go to this UPS Store.”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business. I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers. Any questions? Answered. Any problems? Solved. And it is done quickly. A round of applause. This store is the gold standard for doing good business and doing it well.”

“Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me. Sandtown has the best UPS store ever. Shout out to Ms Carter and all of her hard work and dedication to the south Fulton community”

“I had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store on 270 Cobb Pkwy S in Marietta. On multiple occasions when I was running late to drop off a package, Vik, an employee at the store, kindly reopened the store just to assist me, showcasing outstanding customer service. His willingness to help and friendly demeanor made me feel valued, and I truly appreciate the effort he puts into ensuring customer satisfaction. “The location was busier than normal. However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

“Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”

“This location provided instructions on how to get to the location because we are not from this city. Additionally, they waited until we arrived in order to help notarize a document which HAD to be filled out that day. We are so thankful that this location was able to assist because good customer service nowadays is hard to come by. Much appreciated. The young man that assisted over the phone with instructions name was DJ”

“Today I visited the UPS Store located inside the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was the second UPS Store in the area I have visited, and it’s clear that this location will be my go-to spot from now on. I went there for notary services, and Shanell provided exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and assisted me promptly. Despite the store being on the smaller side, it was spotless, welcoming, and well-organized, even with other customers present. One of the standout features of this UPS Store is that both employees on staff are licensed notaries. This means that notary services are available anytime during operating hours, which is incredibly convenient and a major advantage over other UPS Stores in the area that only offer these services during specific, unspecified hours. It’s worth noting that any negative reviews you might come across are outdated and do not reflect the current quality of this store. The staff here are fantastic—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. This location deserves SO more attention, as it’s somewhat hidden inside the hotel, but it is definitely worth seeking out. I highly recommend this UPS Store for all of your shipping needs and notary services. It’s now the only UPS location I’ll be using. A solid 10 out of 10!”

“I had a bad experience when I came and the store was not open when it said it was open online. I called back a few weeks later to make sure the store would be open and Chanel answered the phone and her positive and warming energy over the phone was everything! Just wanted to give her a shoutout because I was not happy with this location until I interacted with her”
