“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the outstanding customer service I received. I initially brought my vehicle in because it needed a thermostat. A few weeks later the car was running rich and having engine issues. Not only did they correctly diagnose and repair the problem, but they went above and beyond in ways that are rare these days.
Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain everything clearly. They discovered that the vehicle's computer system needed to be reset and completed that service at no additional charge because it hadn't been discussed initially. They also found that fuel had leaked into the oil and generously performed an oil change for me free of charge.
What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or inflate the bill. Instead, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Good, honest businesses like this are hard to find, and when you find one, you stay loyal.
I've trusted them for routine oil changes in the past, and after this experience, they've earned my business for years to come. “You know it's a quick oil change place and there's a bunch of them in Smyrna but this is the first one I've gone to where the people working there actually look like they wanted to be there and didn't want to just walk into oncoming traffic. Not sure if that's because it's a better place to work or they were just having a good day, but it was nice to just get my oil change without feeling like I was participating in some kind of hostage situation. Plus they didn't try to upsell me on any shit, like no one came to my car and spent 5 minutes trying to lecture me about how there's a leak in my engine's googlygock and that I should totally get it looked at in the next 5 seconds or the car would explode and it would only cost me $4500. That kind of service I really appreciate you know it's like I go in there I get my oil changed and I leave I'm not interested in spending all day there. Definitely going to make this my go-to place from now on.”

“This place is amazing. They are so fast so respectful and so kind and also I got a full synthetic oil change for $80. All these other places are charging me 120+.!! I have my infant daughter with me in the backseat and they brought out two very cold water so I can give her some to stay cool while I was holding a fan on her. Even if they hadn’t done that, she would’ve been just fine because of how fast and efficient they are. The speed of service does not compromise the quality of Service in the Slightest way whatsoever!
They have definitely gained a customer for life and I will be sharing with my family

“Today I received Exceptional Customer Service from Malcolm. I was stressed with bringing the car in to get the breaks & rotors done. I had some other car issues, and Malcolm assured me everything would get fixed today. He made me feel comfortable, and at ease, afterwards I was able to relax while he fixed the repairs needed on the car. The best thing about them is they let you know what is wrong or what needs service, and let you decide there's never any pressure. I appreciate the honesty every time I go here. They also give you a print out of service recommendations for your vehicle so you are aware of what needs to be done in the future. Keep up the Great service the mechanics work Very Hard. Grease Monkey give them a Raise they Deserve it!! ??”

I stopped at the Whitlick road location (just because my breaks were making noise and it was rifht there) and had major issues which are detailed on their listing. I called the Austell to get the district manager info and Brendan totally took care of everything. Ordered my parts and had me going....SAFELY.....in no time.”

“This is the best Auto Walmart in Atlanta province so far the staff is completely nice and friendly they dont treat you according to races compared to other walmarts around , i was late by half an hour was late to the prior appointment the Team Leader Darrell he is a very good guy he without hesitation took my keys inn and within 20 minutes his staff members has taken care of my vehicle , i would recommend everyone to come at this location for the service as they have one of the best team around here .”
