“What a streamlined and pleasant experience. The website said the mall location would have the work shoes I needed, they didn't. Enter Paz and Dylan. Paz acknowledged me immediately while helping two other customers simultaneously. She let me know that the exact shoes weren't currently in stock, but online. However, they did have a pair that were similar and Paz went back to grab two different sizes of that style shoe. Paz was warm, friendly and uber accommodating. I had to take a minute to think about the situation and I definitely needed work shoes.
Dylan and I struck up a conversation about these new balance styled vintage running shoes. At first, I didn't want to spend any more then I budgeted for. As we kept talking, he reassured me that they could get the color that I was interested in (not at the store but online), retain the father's day promo and have it all wrapped up in a proverbial bow by sending the order to my place with free shipping. So the math added up, he helped me with the purchase and all was well in the universe at that time. Dylan was a genuinely curious about the customer person who will do awesome things in the world.
It was a half hour of my life that I'll take with me and use as a teaching tool for future sales interactions. Thank you, the shoes came and they're perfect too! Cheers”

“After not finding the dress shoe size at a local menswear chain, decided to stop here. I’ve passed by for over 20 years and never stopped in. Today was such a pleasant surprise. The sales associate was so helpful, shoes were $59 & $69, lots of evening wear for men, not to mention casual clothing. We left with shoes, a bow tie and she tossed in some shades. We’ll need back for my growing teenagers dressier fits. Stop by here first before driving 30+ minutes out of the way.”

“The 5 stars is really a 4 and a half stars. I visited Champs at Cumberland Mall 2 times with the recent trip on Friday, April 29, 2022. The store was presentable, and the products were nicely displayed. They made very good use of the space. The staff was welcoming, and well-dressed. I was helped with getting my products right away. (All mentioned are 5 stars). I was in the toddler's section. I saw some red Jordan's for my daughter, but they were out of her size. I also saw some blue Nike high tops, but it was only for boy sizes, and I needed an 11 1/2 for my growing nephew. The half a star is because I wasn't told if the toddler's size could be ordered nor did the gentleman recommend any other shoes that I could give to a 17 year old young man. The 1st time I went to Champs at Cumberland, I was offered a recommendation, the 2nd time not so much. Unfortunately, an added sale was missed. Overall, I will purchase again from this Champs as they are actively trying to help the clientele, and they will not attempt to run you away. The staff is attentive, and they seem to work very well together. One more thing-- the store and team was so organized that it was hard to tell if they were busy for a Friday late afternoon/ early evening.Highly Recommended.”
