“I had a chance to stop into Shoe Carnival and I am so glad I did. Walking in, the young lady behind the register welcomed me in. The store was super clean and very vibrant. As I wasn’t looking for anything specific I took the time to browse the whole store.During my browsing, I enjoyed the assortment as it allowed me to think about what outfits I wanted to match up with some new sneakers. Further exploring the men’s section, I discovered the clearance section as well. Unlike most shoe clearance sections the Shoe Carnival Clearance Section had current styled items as well as a diverse selection as well.After taking some time to make up my mind I decided on a pair of all black Stacey Adam’ with a silver buckle at a great price. Oh yeah, I lucked up on a classic design fit for any casual occasion.The line moved very quickly which was amazing considering it’s 48 hours before Christmas. The cashiers were pleasant, friendly, and swift. My checkout process was super easy and I was offered the option to sign up for perks and even round-up to donate to “Toys for Tots!” I love the chance to shop with a cause.If you’re in the area and looking to get your shoe fix, stop in to Shoe Carnival and browse the selection. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I've been seeing this place all over my instagram so I made sure I stopped by when I visited Marietta. It's a whole vibe. They were playing some real N.Y. throwback; since I'm from NY, I was impressed! They had a wide selection of limited editions. The owner also has a book of rare finds. We all walked out with something.The customer service was great! Make sure you ask for anything you don't see, because the owner will get it for you if possible.”

“Came in with shoes I bought at another famous footwear location that developed a defect after a few months (sharp piece of plastic cutting into my foot) looking for a discount or store credit to get a new pair. Cashier quickly set up an exchange for the same pair of shoes at no cost. Thank you!”

We walked out under 30 min with a suit, shirt, tie, and socks at a Great price. The lady even sent us next door to Sadie's for the quick alteration on the pants, as he catches his flight in four days. We will return for future needs.”

“Excellent customer service. I had an online mail order, that I needed to return and get a refund. The moment I walked into the Loft. I was greeted by an associate. And I explained why I was there and this associate informed me that it'll be okay and within 5 minutes I was out of the store along with my refund receipt.”

“The manager Debbie Wood is awesome! She is probably the best Rackroom manager I have ever encountered before. She is very knowledgeable and honest I would venture to say that she knows everything there is to know about footwear. Because if her I now know that it isn’t the shoes that I was picking out that were either too big or to small, it was that I have an extra wide foot. The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service that she and her staff provide is better than any other shoe store or Rackroom that I have shopped at.”

“Went in browsing this store. I searched this shoe from last year's collection for months. They had the shoe but not my size. This wonderful angel Simba not only located the shoe for me but found my size and had it shipped. He called around several stores then finally found it online. Put in my order and the rest is history. He was Amazing with a capital "A" and a a few more "M's" too. If you love Journeys definitely visit this one. I loveeee my army shoe too”

I used to shop at the Cumberland location religiously years ago . I remember this being my favorite location amongst the others I pass to visit this shop . The customer care is top notch in my opinion. I'm treated like a person and the staff is always helpful .”
