“I was referred to Fast Lane Smyrna location by my sister year's ago. My visit last week,August 21st was for an oil change. I booked my appt. with Nick who is always professional and helpful. My oil change took less than 45 minutes which I really appreciate. The service was great and I will continue touse them for my car needs. I highly recommend them,especially Nick.”

“We came here a few months ago on the recommendation of a neighbor. They had to keep our first vehicle longer than expected but went above and beyond for the inconvenience. At first we were anxious and nervous but because of the workmanship we were given we became very confident with their work. We brought our second vehicle as a result and we were very happy with the work done. They let us get the work we needed to get done at our pace which was very helpful for us.

“After months of failed attempts to self-diagnose transmission issues with our Dodge Dakota I gave up and left it with Kevin at All Pro Transmission. He responded to me on the same day with an estimate. The shop was covered up with projects ahead of mine. I left it with him and a couple weeks later the transmission had been completely rebuilt. The total cost was exactly as estimated, no surprises. During the process Kevin made himself available to answer questions and concerns. He answered the phone every time I called. I recommend Kevin and All Pro Transmission Exchange.”

“Spring break March 2024, and my minivan's transmission dies on a Friday evening as we are travelling to Florida. Every place is closed and we are in a very vulnerable situation. The next morning I start looking for transmission shops. 48 Transmission Services is one of the few places open in the area on a Saturday. I stop by and talk with Jose and explain my situation. Jose quotes me a price, and a delivery date that aligns with our travel plans and tells me not to worry about a thing and enjoy my vacation. We rented a vehicle and left our van in his hands. Jose worked on a holiday, Good Friday, so that he would be present for us to pick up our car on our return trip. If I was living in this area, Jose would be my new Mechanic! This guy is a respectable and trustworthy person, with a deep knowledge, skill set and fair prices. He went above and beyond any shop I have utilized ever. I don't think I can capture in words the amount of gratitude I have towards this man. Mil Gracias Jose!”
“Always diagnostically excellent. Fix the root of the issue not unnecessary stuff. Great attitude and helpful with whatever issues we are having. Trustworthy and the only place we want to have our cars worked on. From our newer vehicles to our older vehicles and even our Mercedes. Found a problem nobody else could with our sons car. Fixed it for $200. Spent thousands elsewhere before we found them. If they say its $200/15,00 they know what they are doing. Five stars but I would give them ten if I could.”

“These brothers at this shop are lifesavers! We were driving down to Florida and when we were on the eight lane highway our caliper came undone. We had our two children in the car and it was beyond scary. Gearhead was about to close but we told him our situation and that we were about to get picked up by a tow truck. The brothers waited for us without closing the bay doors and looked at our car! Ty even offered to buy us dinner and let us sleep on his couch! We kindly declined his offer And got a nearby hotel room. He told us to come back the next day at 8:00 a.m. When the shop opened. Even though he had cars in front of us, we were one of the first people he tended to because he knew the situation we were in and that we were just trying to get down to our family in Florida.He got us a new caliper the next day within a couple hours and gave us an incredible deal. Didnt overcharge whatsoever! This guy treated us like family and I look forward to seeing the brothers again in the future. P.S sorry for the late review. - Big Drew & Courtney”

“Not sure why Mario only has 4.1 stars, he definitely deserves 5! Very quick service and super affordable. I was quoted almost $1,500 to get my catalytic converter fixed from a big name auto shop and decided to pass that up, since my car is 14 years old. Took my car to Mario and only paid $900 for a new cat and a transmission flush. A much better deal in my opinion! He also showed me everything he did and the parts he replaced, so I knew what was exactly wrong with my cat. Definitely recommend!!”
“Barry and his wife worked very hard to get my car up and running after completing body work, and other major repairs. I trusted them every step of the way. They do excellent work and I have worked them for more than 10 years. I highly recommend their service over other car dealerships for service and repairs.
