I was searching for a specific, hard-to-find item, and instead of just pointing me toward an aisle, Nylah went completely above and beyond to help me track it down. She handled everything with an amazing, positive attitude and made the entire process look effortless.
On top of that, she personally assisted me with checking out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant end to my visit. It is clear she takes great pride in her work, which reflects in how nice, clean, and highly organized the entire store is. Employees like Nylah are incredibly rare nowadays—she did an awesome job with absolutely no complaints. Corporate needs to give this lady a raise immediately!
