I had to take the time to shout this amazing lady out. For helping me and going over and beyond her job. It was late, and she didn't have to help me. She could have said, no we are closed an turned her back on me. But she did not. I had customer service on the phone and both ladies made it a point to help me. I thought I was about to be out of luck, because my card was locked in the machine and I had cash on hand to rent a car. But everyone knows, you rent with a card. But I did have my id. Thank God. Because she helped make me a new card. Even went to the machine with me, to make sure the card worked before I left. I am sooo humbled and grateful for this amazing woman. Every time I come to this particular bank, I'm met with amazing service. Don't understand any bad review on this place, because my daughter an I both bank here. An even she says. The service is always phenomenal as I have experienced....Thank you and please keep up the amazing service and spreading joy ?. Thank you again ...”

Her ability to help me organize my affairs with such compassion was exactly what I needed. Additionally, her staff was incredibly supportive, assisting with my small children as they were lively around the bank. I will definitely make this my go-to bank.”

“Our church account was hacked. An appointment was set up with the Bank of America Mableton branch at 9am on a Thursday. We walked in and were warmly greeted by a gentleman who seated us to wait for the associate. In less than a minute, we were greeted by Maria Hernandez. She was extremely friendly and helped us walk through the best solution. It was determined that setting up a new bank account was best. With knowledge and skill, Maria was on the phone with Fraud and Security to make sure our current bank account fraud attempts were fully cleared. Thankfully, no funds were lost. She then set up our new bank account and updated the signature card. She knew exactly how to proceed for every step. We were impressed with her expertise and customer service. Maria and the Mableton branch get an A++ for their excellent service.”

“Safe, well-lit at night ATM to use. Have never gone inside so I can't speak to the experience in there. But the outside area has the ATM right out front versus being in a sketchy corner off to the side. I view this as a plus as traffic can always see you getting money. Have never had any issues using it.”
