I had to take the time to shout this amazing lady out. For helping me and going over and beyond her job. It was late, and she didn't have to help me. She could have said, no we are closed an turned her back on me. But she did not. I had customer service on the phone and both ladies made it a point to help me. I thought I was about to be out of luck, because my card was locked in the machine and I had cash on hand to rent a car. But everyone knows, you rent with a card. But I did have my id. Thank God. Because she helped make me a new card. Even went to the machine with me, to make sure the card worked before I left. I am sooo humbled and grateful for this amazing woman. Every time I come to this particular bank, I'm met with amazing service. Don't understand any bad review on this place, because my daughter an I both bank here. An even she says. The service is always phenomenal as I have experienced....Thank you and please keep up the amazing service and spreading joy ?. Thank you again ...”

“Marcell, I'm late writing this review but don't charge it to my heart!
I chose this branch after reading the reviews, and Marcell's name kept coming up. As a new business owner, I needed to open business accounts and get a business credit card, so I booked time with him.
When I arrived, he was with a client who ran about 30 minutes over my scheduled time. I waited because I only wanted to meet with him. Best decision I made. He lived up to every word of those reviews. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and respectful. He looked out for me and taught me things I didn't know, and I'm a veteran. He went above and beyond the entire visit.
I locked his number in so I stay in contact, and I passed his info to my friends who are starting their own businesses. This man is personable and great at what he does. If you bank here, stop by and see him.
Side note: I came back in to open a third business account and Marcell was out that day. Hate I missed him, but his colleague Danny stepped in and took great care of me. Personable, respectful, and quick. Shout out to you both. Thank you again!

“Our church account was hacked. An appointment was set up with the Bank of America Mableton branch at 9am on a Thursday. We walked in and were warmly greeted by a gentleman who seated us to wait for the associate. In less than a minute, we were greeted by Maria Hernandez. She was extremely friendly and helped us walk through the best solution. It was determined that setting up a new bank account was best. With knowledge and skill, Maria was on the phone with Fraud and Security to make sure our current bank account fraud attempts were fully cleared. Thankfully, no funds were lost. She then set up our new bank account and updated the signature card. She knew exactly how to proceed for every step. We were impressed with her expertise and customer service. Maria and the Mableton branch get an A++ for their excellent service.”

“Safe, well-lit at night ATM to use. Have never gone inside so I can't speak to the experience in there. But the outside area has the ATM right out front versus being in a sketchy corner off to the side. I view this as a plus as traffic can always see you getting money. Have never had any issues using it.”

“I wanted to go to the Austell Road location but the Spirit of God asked me to go to this location. I am so glad that I did because Rita at the teller, showed me so much kindness, that I never expected from anyone.
When I worked into that bank this morning, I was at my lowest, but Rita went above and beyond to ensure that all I came to the bank to do, were ALL taken care off.
Rita is a very kind, calm and helpful lady. She deserves a huge recognition for her amazing work in this branch. I always love it when she attends to me.
