“I was recently in the Bowman UPS store location with a thousand Amazon returns. The two employees helping me that day were SO helpful and patient and kind. It was a huge (and annoying) job getting all my returns boxed and sorted and they didn’t complain or make me feel guilty. I was dreading going into the store to even start my returns because a lot of times, now days, you’re dealing with crappy, lazy employees and these two really impressed me and I appreciate their help! Their names are Mahogany Rice and Christian Williams and I really hope they are recognized. It took like 3 hours to process all my returns that day and in between my returns, they were still helping other customers and getting them in and out efficiently.”
