“Same day business cards came out fast and were exactly what I needed. I was emailed that my order was ready but it was not. The staff was confused about my order and it was apparently printed but not cut. Other than those things, great experience.”

“I was greeted today by the nicest man named Tony & the sweetest lady named Porsche. I’m not to computer savvy and Tony was more than willing to help me with my Amazon returns. Their genuine kindness is what makes people like me want to return and continue to do business with them. The owner of this establishment should know that he/she has 2 great employees running this store.”

“Visiting FEDX inside of Walgreen today was a great experience. There was someone near me that explained that she saw that I had a return for FEDX. I surprised at that bc that's a level of customer service that you don't experience anymore.”

“Had a GREAT experience at this FedEx. Chassidy was super helpful, she helped us problem solve with a game of “what size box will work” and we truly enjoyed her attentiveness. I love when employees go above and beyond to help a customer ESPECIALLY in a time of panic and anxiety. Chassidy, we owe you one!”

5437 Bowman Road Ste 120, Macon GA 31210
“I was recently in the Bowman UPS store location with a thousand Amazon returns. The two employees helping me that day were SO helpful and patient and kind. It was a huge (and annoying) job getting all my returns boxed and sorted and they didn’t complain or make me feel guilty. I was dreading going into the store to even start my returns because a lot of times, now days, you’re dealing with crappy, lazy employees and these two really impressed me and I appreciate their help! Their names are Mahogany Rice and Christian Williams and I really hope they are recognized. It took like 3 hours to process all my returns that day and in between my returns, they were still helping other customers and getting them in and out efficiently.”

“Today 08/20/26 I went to apply for my passport. The employee Chelsea that works in room 130 was the nicest person I have ever dealt with in any government office. Maybe even any public service office in reality. She has a calming voice, speaks beautifully and explains the reasons behind the information the forms are asking for. She points out after leaving the office how to keep track of the progress is going. She even shows you what the envelope will look like when your documents arrive in your mailbox. Great service.”
