“If I could give the ladies of Minteman Press 10 stars, I would. Beyond being professional in helping me to produce an obituary for a loved one, they were so thoughtful and so kind during our time of bereavement. They went out of their way to make sure my project ws everything I wanted it to be. Even after I made a mistake, they made sure that the programs were perfect and gave me a great price. The product was beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there who helped me through this difficult time for our family. Sincerely Errine Williams”

“Same day business cards came out fast and were exactly what I needed. I was emailed that my order was ready but it was not. The staff was confused about my order and it was apparently printed but not cut. Other than those things, great experience.”

“Sarah and Tina are the absolute best! I could not imagine processing any jobs without them. Over the years they have become more than business associates. They have become friends we trust and rely on each month to produce our magazine.”

“I was doing something new - my own Writ of Certiorari. The rules are so concise in order to deter people from seeking relief without an attorney. Where I'm at, I could not find an employment attorney and the more I broadened my search, the more ridiculous the cost of representation. After calling their office, explaining my dilemma and that I could also use some assistance with the page set-up for the printing along with printing, Jim and I met at their Office and he sat down with me. I had in fact understood the instructions and set my parameters correctly though we made one small adjustment to ensure the U. S. Supreme Court would at least not deny me relief based on procedure (as if they really care about merit). Overall, working with Sphinx was a great experience, so good that I have decided to attempt completing numerous novels I started yearsss ago (at least 25). If I can't get published through a publishing company, I will self publish and print my books with Sphinx.”

“I was greeted today by the nicest man named Tony & the sweetest lady named Porsche. I’m not to computer savvy and Tony was more than willing to help me with my Amazon returns. Their genuine kindness is what makes people like me want to return and continue to do business with them. The owner of this establishment should know that he/she has 2 great employees running this store.”

“Lisa at the store at Hartley Bridge Rd in Macon Ga was a big help. I'm an older woman and while completing a return request for 3 items to Amazon my phone died. When it powered back up it had separated the items and Lisa was a big help getting what labels I needed.”

“Had a GREAT experience at this FedEx. Chassidy was super helpful, she helped us problem solve with a game of “what size box will work” and we truly enjoyed her attentiveness. I love when employees go above and beyond to help a customer ESPECIALLY in a time of panic and anxiety. Chassidy, we owe you one!”

5437 Bowman Road Ste 120, Macon GA 31210
“I was recently in the Bowman UPS store location with a thousand Amazon returns. The two employees helping me that day were SO helpful and patient and kind. It was a huge (and annoying) job getting all my returns boxed and sorted and they didn’t complain or make me feel guilty. I was dreading going into the store to even start my returns because a lot of times, now days, you’re dealing with crappy, lazy employees and these two really impressed me and I appreciate their help! Their names are Mahogany Rice and Christian Williams and I really hope they are recognized. It took like 3 hours to process all my returns that day and in between my returns, they were still helping other customers and getting them in and out efficiently.”
