“I stopped in Jacks to purchase a new mower. I was promptly greeted by Mr. Phillip. Phillip listened to my current mower needs and explained the differences in the mowers I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions to help me make the final decision on a mower that would meet my needs. I have used the new mower for over 6 hours so far and it has performed to my expectations. Thank you, Mr., Phillip and Jacks saw shop,”
“Today I watched a new cashier get harassed and yelled at by a customer because he didn’t ring up a discount he didn’t know she had. The manager, Hadden, came over and she tried to give him an earful too. We then watched this lady THROW a coupon at the cashier and when the manager politely but firmly scolded her, she then demanded to be respected because she’s ’an elder’ despite not showing either of these young men an ounce of respect. How embarrassing for her to act like that. I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but he handled it well, and it was refreshing to watch a manager stand up for his employee.”
