“I think Harbor freight is upping their game. A lot of their newer tools and equipment seems much better than what I have been use to seeing. Prices are still below competition. Don't think they will replace a pro-grade like DeWalt or Milwaukee but for a DIY guy, why spend the extra money when these tools will get the job done.”
“Today I watched a new cashier get harassed and yelled at by a customer because he didn’t ring up a discount he didn’t know she had. The manager, Hadden, came over and she tried to give him an earful too. We then watched this lady THROW a coupon at the cashier and when the manager politely but firmly scolded her, she then demanded to be respected because she’s ’an elder’ despite not showing either of these young men an ounce of respect. How embarrassing for her to act like that. I didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but he handled it well, and it was refreshing to watch a manager stand up for his employee.”
