We lost our senior guy Dodger last year to Cancer, and we would have never known about the diagnoses if Dr.Bettis hadn’t rechecked his labs before going in for a dental. Dodger loved everyone there, which was rare! He had some fear aggression when it came to strangers. The entire office treated him so sweetly that he genuinely loved coming in.
We’re so grateful we were able to offer him a humane way out rather than suffering any longer.
I will always be grateful to how gentle and caring Dr.Bettis was when it was his time. They gave him a lovely dinner and chocolates and he was so loved.
The entire office clearly loves and cares for all of their patients. Wonderful team!

4634 Presidential Pkwy Suite Q, MaconMy sweet cat Selena needed to be seen on the same day and I wasn’t able to secure a visit with her regular vet except for a late time after hours which would have racked up an extra charge just for being after hours. I called AVS, got worked in within a couple of hours and the bill was much less than where she usually goes, or I should say, USED to go! The staff are both very friendly and professional and they treated my baby with great care! Not going anywhere else!

I have used them for years.
I was recently in a total panic when my two indoor cats started vomiting, but this team was amazing! They calmed me down, thoroughly checked them out, and gave them shots to feel better. I was shocked at how affordable the bill was, too. I even called the next day because they still weren't eating, and the advice they gave worked perfectly. Both cats are doing great now—highly recommend!

Listed me the prices of products and even went above and beyond by noting the active ingredients and his own personal recommendations.The prices are very fair. The customer service was above and beyond excellent. Can't recommend enough. 10/5 stars.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my dog feel comfortable right away. They took the time to get to know my dog's personality and needs, ensuring that she would have a great time during her stay.The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and interact with each other.Throughout the day, the staff provided regular updates and photos of my dog, which was a nice touch and gave me peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands. They also had a variety of activities and toys for the dogs to enjoy, keeping them entertained and stimulated.When I picked up my dog at the end of each day, she was always happy and tired from all the fun she had. I could tell that she had a great time and was well taken care of. I will definitely be bringing her back to this doggy day care in the future if we find ourselves back in GA and would highly recommend it to other dog owners.

I had not eaten lunch and it was around 4pm when I pulled through the drive thru and ordered my usual, Turkey & Provalone sandwich with Tomatoe Bisque. The cashier proceeded to tell me my balance as I rambled in my purse looking for my wallet frantically! I left it at home! None of my virtual cards were linked to my Apple Pay and I didn’t know what to do. The girl said, “ I got you!” I insisted on letting me figure out how to get my cards linked so I could pay but she insisted on taking care of my bill and was so understanding. I will definitely be going back and will “Pay it forward” for someone else who may need a break one day. Thank you for your kindness!

484 2nd St, MaconWe visited on Saturday evening and loved the vibe of this brewpub. The waitress was great with answering our questions and service was good. The burgers were cooked exactly as we ordered them and all ingredients were fresh. Their sauces were a highlight… the jalapeño ranch was to rave about. Excellent hint of heat in a homemade ranch made this the perfect pairing with their hand cut fries. The beer selection was solid and our choices were delicious- the Riverside and the Peach sour were both ones we would recommend. Finding parking on a Saturday night was the only part of this experience that was less than stellar. We will definitely be back.

894 College St, MaconOur second visit to Yollah this past Sunday as we were passing through on our way to Helen, Georgia. Ordered the meat skewer medium to rare. Sadly it was more rare than as ordered. Could have requested it to be re-done but time was not on our side. The meat was soft, succulent and tasty. The Yukon potato side dish was the best potato dish that I have ever tasted. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her order of empanadas and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was outstanding and the place was buzzing for lunch. This is our go to place when in the area. Highly recommended.
