“We’re thrilled to have a Marshall’s store here! The decor is fantastic, but the clothing selection is a bit disappointing. The staff is friendly, but I have a minor concern. I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with the young Hispanic lady at the checkout line. She tends to hold your items and pressure you into signing up for their credit card, which can be quite awkward. She doesn’t mean any harm, but if this happens again, I’ll have no choice but to escalate the situation. Remember, “no” means no.”
