“Valery is the solely purpose for my review. On July 4, 2026 I visited the Madison Marshalls store to grab a last minute gift for a party that I was pushing towards being late to arrive. Valery did not hesitate to spring into action. She literally went beyond what was required of her. I was amazed by her willingness to show assistance to me as a customer. After explaining to Valery what gift bag I had in mind, she skimmed through those bags as if her life depended on it. She helped me to find the perfect gift bag. I was grateful for her that day. Hopefully Valery receives the attention and reward that she well deserves for a job well done.”
